Scope and current data
The business records shown in the demo are synthetic examples, not real customer, advertiser, order, banking or shop records. This hosted demo does not collect live TikTok API data, TikTok passwords, payment card details or customer delivery addresses.
Information used to provide the website
For reviewer access, the server receives the username and password entered and checks them against a configured account and password hash. It issues a signed session cookie after successful authentication. Failed-login protection temporarily uses the request IP address in server memory. Our hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request paths, timestamps and security logs to deliver and protect the website. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.
Purposes and recipients
We use this information to provide reviewer access, protect the service, remember language preferences and respond to inquiries. Hosting and network infrastructure are provided through Cloudflare; email inquiries are handled through our email service. Authorized company personnel handle inquiries and site administration. We do not sell this information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law.
Cookies and local storage
The essential snowball_review cookie contains signed session information and expires after eight hours; signing out clears it in that browser. Language choices are stored locally using snowball-language and snowball-analytics-lang until you clear site data or change your preference. The application code does not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Infrastructure providers may apply their own necessary security mechanisms.
Retention and security
Reviewer account configuration remains until the account is removed or rotated. The session expires after eight hours. Login-attempt counters are held in temporary server memory, not a business database. Email correspondence is kept as needed to handle the inquiry, follow-up and applicable obligations, then deleted when no longer needed. Infrastructure log retention is controlled by the relevant provider; we do not claim a fixed deletion period for those logs. We use HTTPS, password hashes and signed, HttpOnly session cookies. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Contact us at 15626119303@163.com to ask about information we hold or request access, correction or deletion, as applicable. Please identify the website, account or correspondence concerned without sending a password or token. We may request proportionate identity verification. Where records are required to be retained or controlled by a provider, we will explain the limitation. You may also clear browser storage, sign out or stop using the demo.
Locations and future integrations
Hosting, network and email services may process information in different countries. This demo is intended for adult business users. Before enabling live TikTok data processing, we will update this notice to describe the actual approved data fields, purposes, access controls, retention, deletion and applicable transfer arrangements. Planned API functionality described on the application page is not active in this demo.
